Shipping Destinations
We ship to the Continental USA, using FedEx as our carrier. At this time we are unable to accept orders for shipping destinations in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. All shipments originate from California, and time in transit varies by destination and selected shipping option.
Shipping Options
We offer three different shipping options; before you complete your order you will be required to select your preference. Orders are processed and shipped the following business day; please note that the processing day is not counted as one of the business days in transit and so should be allowed for in addition to the shipping times detailed below:
Expected Delivery Dates
Orders are processed and shipped the following business day; please note that the processing day is not counted as one of the business days in transit; therefore your order should be in your hands within 2 to 6 business days for Ground Service orders, within 3 business days for Second Day Service shipments, and within 2 business days for Next Day Service shipments.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are based on the total value of your order, and your chosen delivery option. When calculating shipping times, remember not to count weekends, holidays or the order processing day (1 business day after the day on which you place your order).
Tracking Orders & Shipments
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming your Order Number and details of your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped (the following business day), you will be notified of your FedEx Tracking Number by email.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Complete Party Supplies are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. |
